|Recommended: YesPerfect. — Highly recommend. It is both convenient and peaceful. About 5 minutes to the Metro while very quiet at the same time. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly. All the facilities are pretty new and maintenance people have done a perfect job. Don't hesitate to choose this. You'll enjoy every minute of your living here.
|Recommended: YesPretty great — We've lived at Thomas Court for 6 yes, SIX years and have never had any major issues. My only complaint is that the walls are thin enough that if my neighbors are having a party, we can hear their conversations and music - it's not always an issue, but when it's happening it can be quiet disturbing.
|Recommended: YesReview of Thomas Court First 4 Months — It's been great living at Thomas Court so far. The apartment is spacious, always clean and the management is very helpful whenever any issues come up
|Recommended: YesQuiet, deluxe, convenient location. — These are nice apartments with spacious bathrooms and closets. The soundproofing between units is effective, with the only noises coming from the hallway or outside. The neighbors are considerate, so the hallways are mostly quiet. Because the compressor for each unit is up on the roof the HVAC noise is minimal, the quietest I've ever been around. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. The building is kept clean, the fitness center equipment is well-maintained. The nearby Harris Teeter is first-rate. The building is kept secure.
